During my freshman year in college, I took a sociology seminar that took students into the New Jersey State Prison to discuss poverty and inequality with life-term inmates. Their humanity and intellect humbled me and prompted me dedicate my career to advocacy on behalf of socially-excluded populations.

This magazine, produced at the end of my college career, consists of sociological articles written by Princeton University students paired alongside poetry and artwork from the prison.
